What Is This?
Endorsed by the United States Department of Justice, rebates are a great way to make buying a home less expensive, and can dramatically lower the price you pay for real estate brokerage services.
Keystone Funding has thus negotiated a special discount on your behalf with local, full-service real estate agents. As a home buyer, you will receive 25% of your Realtor's commission, as long as you close with that Realtor. On a $400,000 purchase, your rebate could be $3,000!

How Does It Work?
In any real estate transaction, the buyer’s agent (your agent) receives his/her commission from the listing agent, as compensation for finding the buyer for that house. Typically the buyer's agent gets half, or 50%. Keystone Funding has negotiated terms with experienced real estate agents in your area to provide you, the home buyer, a rebate from this commission. What Are The Terms?
The minimum home purchase price to receive a rebate is $135,000. Further, if applying the rebate results in your real estate agent earning less than $4,000 in commission, only the amount above $4,000 will be applied as your rebate. For example, let's say you purchase a home for $150,000, and your real estate agent receives $4,500 from the seller's agent. Applying the 25% rebate (25% X $4,500= $1,125) would leave your real estate agent with $3,375. Since the minimum net commission due to your agent is $4,000, your rebate would be reduced from $1,125 to $500, thus leaving your agent with $4,000 in commission.
In order to receive the rebate, you must close the transaction with one of the agents we referred to you. Every agent in our network has a minimum of 5 years, full-time real estate experience, and knows their territory extremely well.
This offer is only available in the following states: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, and VA.
